As a doctoral student, I completed my dissertation in 2021 which is entitled The Piano Technique of Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt: A Comparative Analysis and Application of their Philosophy of Technique.
By posting this link it is my hope that those who read it gain a greater understanding of the history of piano technique and how the technique of Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt can be applied to ones own playing. Mastery is achievable by standing on the shoulders of giants.
